COME ON ENGLAND //
Best buy are one of two things... Either incredibly patriotic, about us (England) winning the World Cup, so much so that they are willing to hand out lots of money to people, who fork out in advance to buy their product. Or... incredibly unpatriotic as they don't think we have a hope in hell and it's a scam to get you to buy their TV's.
Terms & Conditions apply - I haven't checked, but they probably go something like this... You probably won't get your money back if they win on penalties, go into overtime, Rooney is injured, Rio Ferdinand doesn't score the winning goal etc. etc.

Michelin did something like this for the last world cup. It went something like "if you enter this competition and England go on to play (and beat) Germany in the world cup final, you'll win a million quid."
What a load of bollocks.
Just wondering what ever happened to Phil???
What's he up to now?
@Guy & Sarah
Needless to say the campaign was a success, they appeared hugely patriotic and didn't have to spend a penny, except for the ad. ha.
